This page of the Theatre Safety Network^TM web site is designed to:

• allow documents to be posted that visitors to the site are willing to share (post to the webmaster at Theatre Safety Network^TM);
• allow visitors to download documents for adaptation and use (go to index of documents);
• provide a critique section whereby visitors can offer constructive criticism of documents that have been posted for download (go to critique section).

The system relies on visitors to the site providing documents for sharing so, if you have forms, checklists and guidance material that you are proud of and willing to share, post them to the webmaster at Theatre Safety Network^TM for inclusion on the site. For consistency and usability, the documents must be:

1. created as RTF, Microsoft Word, Excel, or PDF files;
2. scanned for viruses.

Although there is no problem with a requirement to indicate the source of the material, so that it can be copied and/or adapted freely, it should be copyright free.

Forms accessed through this page of the Theatre Safety Network^TM web site may be downloaded and used free of charge, provided that:

• they may be incorporated into study and reference material but otherwise are not given, sold or transferred, in any way, to a third person. (Third persons may visit this site to download their own copy, free of charge), and
• the source of the form is acknowledged (leaving the copyright/contact details on the forms will suffice)

Periodically, as new forms are sent to the Webmaster, they will be posted on the site.

NB. If your web browser is not set up to allow you to save the document to a drive of your choice, it may simply load the document into the browser window. This may cause lots of codes to be shown. Don't panic!

If you right click on the document it allows you to save it to a location and with a name of your choice. Opening it from that location with the appropriate software (Word, etc.) will then display it in its original format.
